An eastern North Carolina native, Earl received his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University in 1976. He completed his post graduate studies through the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers (MAI) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1990.

 He Founded Worsley Real Estate Company in 1985.

Brad moved to Wilmington from Greenville, NC and began working with Worsley Real Estate Company in 1998. In his ten years of appraisal experience, he has analyzed a wide range of property types including retail, office and industrial properties, single and multi-family development projects, special use properties and land acreage.

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Cal Morgan has lived in Wilmington since 2004. He has analyzed a variety of property types including subdivisions, vacant land, office buildings, industrial properties and special use properties. His experience also includes the management of several residential and commercial construction projects in Wilmington and throughout North Carolina. These projects include apartment communities, office buildings and retail properties.

Smith relocated from Raleigh, NC in 2004 to assist in the start-up of Worsley General Contractors. In conjunction, he is an integral component of Worsley Investment and Development, overseeing a good portion of the company's projects and is also a licensed NC Real Estate Broker. Smith is a member of St. James Episcopal Church, a proponent of Habitat for Humanity and enjoys his family, golf, fishing and boating.

 


Noah Zimmerman

Noah was raised in Wrightsville Beach making him one of the true surviving "locals". After spending the last 20 years immersed in higher end construction, it has given him the knowledge base to meld form and function, affording the client with the best suited tradesman and most cost effective approach. He has managed projects that range from the most elaborate historical renovations, medical facilities, to huricane resilient ocean front homes. In his leisure time, he is loving his family and planning for the next days production.


Bennie Carol Barrow

Bennie Carol joined Worsley Real Estate Company in 2007 as the Director of Design and Operations for construction and real estate. She is responsible for daily accounting, office operations and the design aspect for construction projects. Bennie Carol attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received a Bachelor of Science in interior Design and Art from Meredith College.
