Smith relocated from Raleigh, NC in 2004 to assist in the start-up of Worsley General Contractors. In conjunction, he is an integral component of Worsley Investment and Development, overseeing a good portion of the company's projects and is also a licensed NC Real Estate Broker. Originally from Charlotte, NC, Cal Morgan has lived in Wilmington since 2004.
