The following is a list of what could constitute an Emergency:

• Fire
• Gas leak
• Unstoppable water leak
• No electricity
• Sewer stoppage
• No heating/No air conditioning (for safety reasons, we cannot work on outside units after dark or during inclement weather)
• Refrigerator or stove not working
• Elevator not working
